This bagel shop is an absolute gem! The bagels super fresh with a perfectly crisp crust and soft, fluffy interior. There are a ton of amazing spreads and the staff are super friendly.

Pio bagels supplied chicken cutlet, roasted peppers and mozzarella and eggplant sandwiches today for our annual golf outing. We served over 100 people. Many of them raved about the sandwiches and asked where they were from. The sandwiches were overstuffed and delicious! I highly recommend using Pio for your catering needs.

I was visiting family and decided to get 2 1/2 dozen bagels to take home. I ordered them to be ready on a friday at 12:00. I picked them up and they were still hot. I brought them to my sister's house to package them up for travel and my god, they are the biggest bagels I ever saw. Got them home and they are delicious. I am going ro be a repeat customer every time I go to visit and will request them when family comes to visit ( Bagel Tax).

Love this place. I go here a few times a week for breakfast and a coffee, and have always enjoyed anything I've ordered. Well staffed, with multiple people taking orders and prepping them so even when there's a line it moves fairly quickly. The staff knows me by name at this point and I'm always greeted with a friendly fistbump. Once in a while I'll treat myself to thief "Stinger" breakfast sandwich. It's basically a bacon, egg, and cheese with a hashbrown and hot honey drizzled on it. Highly recommend it on an egg bagel with the dough scooped to keep the deliciousness in place.

This was my first time trying food from here, and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone I met was so kind — it honestly made me want to come back again, You can tell they really care about their food and their customers. My absolute favorite bagel spot on Staten Island!!!! The bagels are huge and so fluffy, and they pack their sandwiches with fillings! Staff is friendly and fast. 10/10 recommend.

Whenever someone asks me where I want to get bagels, the only answer I give is Pio’s! Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches do not compare to any other. The staff always greet me with a smile and give me the best service. If you are going somewhere else for your bagels, you’re doing it wrong!

The best bagels are at Pio. When I moved into the area I really didn't know where I could go to get good bagels or sandwiches and every time I went into Pio I was greeted with a smile, the best service, and the best bagel. The staff is great and the bagels are even better!

If you’re not a business owner- it’s hard to empathize with pricing fluctuation, service/staff management & making every type of customer happy in a fast paced environment. They do a stellar job & if a mistake was made the owners are quick to jump in and make it right. Top notch business in my opinion!

Pio is the best bagel spot I’ve ever been to. French toast bagel BEC is my go to but they have so much more too. They never skimp out on how much they give you in your order either, which is rare to find a store that does that nowadays.
